SYNOPSIS
In “Hearts of glass”, Ana Rita Ramos writes about Love – not just romantic love, but also about the love of neighbour, the universal love.
Here the heart is an open wound that the process of writing helps you heal. Are not only described feelings, is also given a cry of revolt and put an end to the suffering. Example of this are the verses:
“On the day you said goodbye
I lost you
but I gained me.”
In this book, the author also takes up arms against poverty, social injustice, and against the scourge of war. And laments in the poem “All Different”:
“The same? No!
Stupidly different.”
In “Hearts of glass”, Ana Rita Ramos is limited to write unpretentiously about what you feel and what you think.
