Carlos Edgar Costa

Carlos Edgar Costa was born in February in 1980, a native of St. John of the Sands, in the parish where he resides in the village of Vila Front. The True Story of little Red riding hood was his first children's tale, a work that he dedicated to his petiz (Ana Beatriz Costa).
