SYNOPSIS

In the municipality of Matosinhos, has been approved five times. The next step to be recognized as a candidate to the Chamber of Matosinhos for the local elections, which took place on 1 October 2017, it would be to get the name of the independent Joaquim Jorge to be approved in the district of the PSD, but it never happened and in the meantime, the name fell. Why?
It was at the invitation of the president of the region of the PSD of Portugal, José António Barbosa, Joaquim Jorge pondered accept the invitation “unexpected”. After you have been approved, the district questioned the last vote not to have been made by a secret ballot.
Since the beginning of the application “that did not come to be” the biologist has been shrouded in controversy: in one of the votes in the region, António José Barbosa, the president, had to use the casting vote to break the tie vote. However, the decision was controversial because there were those who questioned the use of the vote of the president.
Now, the entire journey is told in the first person, to over 90 pages.
